Chocolate Brownie Protein Oats

If you’ve seen my instagram posts, you’ll know that I have an undying love for acai bowls and rarely eat anything but for breakfast. That changed this morning after making these oats! They’re so gooey and thick plus they’re packed with protein.

Chocolate Brownie Protein Oats

  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp of raw cacao
  • 3 tbsp  chia seeds
  • 1/2 of a banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3/4 cup plant based milk (I use my  almond milk or my cashew milk)


  1. Take an 8 oz. mason jar and add 1/2 cup of old fashioned rolled oats, 1 scoop of vegan chocolate protein powder, 2 tbsp of raw cacao, 3 tbsp of chia seeds, and the pinch of sea salt.
  2. Next, add the 1 tbsp of vanilla, 3/4 cup of plant based milk, and 1 tbsp of maple syrup. Once done, shake and place in the fridge.
  3. Let the oats refridgerate for at least 10 minutes before enjoying! Once set, add your favorite toppings. I really reccommend vegan chocolate chips, sliced banana, and melted peanut butter.
