Almost a month ago I tried chia pudding for the first time and since trying it, it’s been a staple in my diet. It not only serves as a sweet treat, it’s also perfect on top of açai bowls, in parfaits, and even on oatmeal! I really enjoy adding it to my breakfasts as it keeps me fuller for quite a bit longer (plus it tastes amazing).
Vanilla Chia Seed Pudding
- Take a small mason jar or resealable container and add 3 tbsp chia seeds.
- Then add your 3/4 cup of plant milk and stir.
- Place it in the fridge for a minimum of 15 minutes in order for the pudding to set. I prefer to leave it overnight.
- Once your pudding has set, you’re ready to eat!
